Yesterday, I met with some potential sellers, they had the most beautiful english style garden, but no patio furniture. I noticed a Wicker Sofa in there garage and mentioned when they list the home, they should stage the oudoor patios with furniture.
Fire pit idea. I have a fire pit on my back patio. It is built out of center blocks and covered with tile. I live in Georgia and it’s great to be outside in the fall and spring and have a fire going. If you like to camp, but do not have time then it is a great substitute.
